Krista Pucci
Founder & CEO
Krista Pucci brings over 28 years of expertise in healthcare financial leadership and revenue cycle operations. Beginning her consulting career in 1997, she specialized in implementing practice management systems, optimizing revenue cycle operations, and managing billing for physician practices. In 1999 she brought additional services of outsourcing billing management to clients in need. Her dedication led to the establishment of Advantage Physician Management, LLC in 2001, where she guided a team in providing comprehensive revenue cycle management consulting services until 2017.
Throughout her career, Krista has excelled in developing and optimizing coding accuracy, claims processing efficiency, reimbursement strategies, and denial reduction initiatives. In 2020, under Krista’s leadership, Advantage Physician Management transitioned to a proactive business model, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and financial performance. This evolution culminated in the rebranding of the company to PRO-RCM Solutions in 2024, emphasizing their commitment to optimizing revenue outcomes through expert operational management and EHR system integration.
In her personal time, Krista and her husband, Gary, proudly own and operate a family-owned pizza restaurant in Magnolia, Texas. She also pursues her passion for wine, holding certifications from WSET I & II, and is currently scheduled to sit for Certified Specialist in Wine.
